Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Discover, MasterCard.
Q: Where are you located and what are your business hours?
A: We are located at 27 Main Street, Farmington, NH. Our business hours are Mon-Fri 6am to 2pm. Feel free to email anytime or call and leave a message. They are checked multiple time a day and will be returned in the order they are received.
Q: I manage a water treatment facility. How difficult is it to set up a revolving account?
A: You’re already approved! Government entities and agencies are not required to complete this application process. Although setting up a revolving account with Hawkins is very streamline.
Q: Can I place an order online or via Email?
A: We do not offer e-commerce at this time for automated checkout, but you can email us at any time to place an order or request a quote.
Q: Do you have more than one location?
A: We only have one location in Farmington, NH.
Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: No, we do not have a showroom at this time.
Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: You do not need an account to place an order. Simply secure your order with a credit card when you place it. You will not be charged the balance until all items are delivered or picked up.
Q: Do you have a CATALOG?
A: No. However, most of the catalogs for the manufacturer’s we work with, can be found on our website Here.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Q: Do you deliver and if so, is there a charge for delivery?
A: We can make arrangements for delivery in the local area and there may be a minimal delivery charge.
Q: Do you offer rubber good testing?
A: Yes, we offer this service. Currently we clean, test and inspect all class of rubber insulating gloves, sleeves, and blankets. We also clean, inspect, test, and repair grounding cables. We inspect, clean, and test mechanical jumpers. At this time we only clean and inspect line hose, but in the near future we will be testing line hose and hot sticks.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If an item has not been used or worn, and after review of the item by Hawkins’, exchanges, refunds or credits are possible on select items. Special order and non-stock items are subject to a restock fee, if approved for return.
Q: Do you offer a military/Law Enforcement discount?
A: Yes, we currently offer a 5% discount for active duty military individuals .
Q: Do you have gift cards?
A: ABSOLUTELY we do!
