Nick has over 34 years of experience in the transmission and utility industry and noticed a need for a quality test lab in New England with quick turnaround times, giving rise to Hawkins Glove Testing, LLC. Nick also serves as a liaison to affiliate company, ECEC.
Eric Belleville
Operations and Logistics Manager
Eric has 20 years of customer service, leadership, and management experience. He is responsible for generating new business, managing the sales and marketing aspects of Hawkins, and serves as the Operations Manager for the Hawkins Test Lab. He has a strong passion for creative photography and examples of such can be found in and around the Hawkins Lab. Eric also likes hiking, being outside, and going on adventures with the family.

Steve Davies
Director of Hawkins Dielectric Test Lab
Steve has over 30 years of experience in the transmission line industry. He is responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of the dielectric testing lab. Steve is also a talented craftsman, film enthusiast, and music aficionado.

Bruce Battersby
Driver
Bruce brings a wealth of experience in organizational techniques and makes sure that every piece of rubber is accounted for when doing pickups and deliveries. Bruce gets the job done safely and with a smile on his face. In is off time, Bruce enjoys listening to classic rock and becoming immersed in good conversation.

Bobby Garland
Ground and Mechanical Jumper Technical Supervisor
Bobby has worked in the line industry for 20+ years and during that time has over accrued more than 16 years of experience building, cleaning, and testing electrical grounds. He literally knows the inside and out of why grounds fail, and how to fix them. Bobby enjoys spending time with his grandkids and working on projects around the house.

Nick Johnson III
Assistant Lab Operations Manager
Nick joined the team mid 2021 and provides support in multiple areas of the ever growing lab. Nick is responsible for supporting a multitude of tasks in the lab and manages the logistics of individual projects. When he isn’t working, he can be found in the stands at his sister’s athletic events or listening to podcasts.

Matt Savoy
Lab Technician II
Matt is responsible for a variety of tasks in the lab to include some dielectric testing, visual inspections, check-ins, and driving. Matt is a multi-faceted asset and sets a great leadership example in the lab. In his spare time, Matt enjoys being outside, camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He lives by the motto: “New places, new faces!”

Lisa Wiggins
Lab Technician
Lisa is responsible for ensuring the rubber goods are cleaned to the Hawkins standard and prepped for Dielectric Testing. She also performs a variety of testing and visual inspection tasks to assist in completing customer orders. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and walking her dogs. She also has quite a talent in Gardening, so if you’re in the lab and want a solid opinion, don’t be afraid to say ,“hello”.

Shane Wren
Lab Technician / Driver
Shane is unique in the fact he serves as a driver and a lab technician. When he’s not ensuring the customer orders are being collected and received, he is at lab helping get orders checked in, or prepping rubber for dielectric testing. When not at work, Shane dabbles in a variety of projects around the house and enjoys learning something new every day.

Dyllan McCabe
Lab Technician
Dyllan is the most recent addition to the Hawkins Team. He jumped in with both feet and hit the ground running. In addition to prepping rubber goods for testing, he also assists Bobby in the Grounds and Jumper department. Dyllan is a fan of good movies and a wide variety of music, both of which are typically enjoyed with family and friends.
